Data Deletion

You can ask RoyScout to delete your data at any time. This covers your RoyScout account and everything we hold from the Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts you connected.
Delete only a connected account’s data
- Sign in to RoyScout and open your business’s connection settings.
- Disconnect Meta, Google Ads or Google Analytics.
We delete that connection’s access token immediately and the data fetched through it within 30 days.
Delete all your data
Email privacy@quantumspring.ai from the email address of your RoyScout account, with the subject “Delete my RoyScout data”. You don’t need to explain why.
We confirm the request by email and, within 30 days, delete:
- your RoyScout account and profile,
- your businesses, conversations with Roy, and Roy’s analyses and recommendations,
- the access tokens and all data from your connected Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts.
Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and only for as long as the law requires.
Remove RoyScout’s access at Meta or Google
Deleting your data at RoyScout does not change anything in your Meta or Google accounts. To also remove RoyScout’s access there:
- Meta: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → RoyScout → Remove. If you connected a business portfolio, remove it in Meta Business Settings → Integrations instead.
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select RoyScout and remove access.
When you remove RoyScout at Meta, we delete that connection’s token as soon as Meta notifies us.
