Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and QuantumSpring.ai s.r.o., Pod hřbitovem 1155/16, Ruzyně, 161 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 23421380 (“we”, “us”), the operator of RoyScout. By creating an account or using RoyScout, you accept them. If you use RoyScout for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.
The service
RoyScout is a PPC management assistant. Roy analyzes the advertising and analytics accounts you connect (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics), recommends optimizations, and makes changes you ask for or approve. RoyScout is in early access: features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- RoyScout is for businesses and people aged 18 or over.
Connected accounts
- Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage, and keep that authorization while they are connected.
- You can disconnect any account at any time.
- Your use of Meta, Google and other platforms through RoyScout remains subject to their own terms and advertising policies.
Changes Roy makes and your responsibility
- Roy changes your accounts (for example campaigns, ads or budgets) only when you ask for it or approve it. Review each change before you approve it.
- Roy’s analyses and recommendations are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a guarantee of results.
- You remain responsible for your advertising: its content, its compliance with law and platform policies, and all ad spend, which the platforms bill to you directly.
Acceptable use
Don’t use RoyScout to break the law or platform policies, to access accounts you aren’t authorized to manage, to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, or to overload it.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You allow us to process it only to provide RoyScout to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
RoyScout is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or wasted ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using RoyScout and ask us to delete your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to sue in your own country.
